I’ve been using this battery for a while now and it’s still holding up really well. It’s been solid and reliable so far, which is exactly what I needed. Hopefully it stays that way, because if it starts dying on me too soon, I’d probably look at another brand next time.

I had a question about which battery was the right one and they got back to me quick, quick enough that I wasn’t left waiting around. The answer was helpful and straight to the point, no messing about. Placed the order after that and everything went fine, so yeah, happy enough.

My battery gave out right near the end of the warranty, which I expected to turn into one of those back-and-forth things. But I sent them a quick message, and they handled the return without making it complicated. The replacement showed up quickly too. It was just nice not having to argue about it, especially when you’re already annoyed that something failed in the first place.

Ordering my battery was okay overall, but the website felt a bit clunky and outdated. It was slow in a few spots and took me longer than it should have to find the right one. Checkout worked in the end, so no major issues there, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience. Also, the reminder emails/messages felt a bit too aggressive, which got annoying quickly. I’d probably use them again if the price was good enough.

I ordered from Battery Group and, to be fair, the battery arrived without any problems, so I can’t really complain about the delivery side of things. But after checking a few other places, I realised I probably paid more than I needed to, which was annoying.
For the price, I expected a better deal or at least something that made it feel worth the extra cost, but it was just average. i hate wasting energy shopping around after the fact only to find out I could’ve saved money elsewhere. Not awful, just not great value in my opinion.

The battery seems to be working fine so far, but the delivery took longer than expected. Nothing major, but something feels a little off when an order shows up late without much of an update.
